Diana Kiesel

Chief of Staff

Diana is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of education, experience, and expertise to the many roles she fills in keeping the firm at the forefront of successfully serving it’s clients.

A Mississippi native, Diana is a true Bulldog, having graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. After graduation, she joined Arthur Andersen & Co. as a public auditor achieving her CPA. Following that stint, Diana held several positions at the First National Bank of Boston including Other Real Estate Owned (OREO) Procedures Manager, Retail Marketing Manager and AVP Junior Lender in the High-Tech Division. 

After leaving the corporate world to join her husband, Diana was a small business owner for more than 30-years operating Yang’s Fitness & Martial Arts in Andover. She was responsible for all aspects of the business, from marketing to staff management to business operations and taught yoga and group fitness classes.

During her time at Yang’s, Diana was instrumental in creating and implementing an enormous number of charitable events and fundraisers for not-for-profit organizations in the local communities, including Run for the Troops, the Colleen Ritzer Scholarship Fund, Lazarus House Ministries, MSPCC, Andover Housing Authority, Krit Kearins Memorial Fund and was a charter member of the Rotary Club of Andover.  She currently serves on the boards of Neighbors in Need, a Lawrence-based organization dedicated to feeding the hungry and fulfilling the needs of its clients with respect and dignity, the Rotary Club of Andover (Andover Rotary) and the Andover Chamber of Commerce. She is also the Membership Chair of the Andover Rotary and was a key contributor in the relaunching of Andover Days 2022.     

In her spare time, she enjoys teaching fitness/Yoga classes, cooking, spending time with friends, family and her beloved yellow labs, Zipper and Beau.
