Kristina Washer
Environmental Scientist
Kristina is a Boston-area native who has traveled extensively throughout the US and the world, including conducting research as a Fulbright Scholar in Ecuador, completing field studies in Turks and Caicos Islands, working as a National Geographic research assistant in Mauritius, East Africa, and leading divers in Thailand.
She graduated in 2017 from the College of the Holy Cross after majoring in Cellular and Molecular Biology and is currently enrolled in a Master of Science Program at Tufts University, where she is working toward a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering for which Kristina was awarded the 2022 LSPA Scholarship.
Kristina began her career in environmental consulting in 2020 and has since gained valuable experience with Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), MCP projects including field sampling and report writing, and petroleum fund reimbursement projects under c. 21J in Massachusetts.
Beyond her work, Kristina enjoys hiking, camping, birding, SCUBA diving, and spending time with her family, friends, and cat.
